A boutique hedge fund with billions under management is looking for an experienced ops analyst to support their PM team. The fund has grown rapidly since launch and performance has been strong. It is an exciting time to be joining.
As part of a team of 3, the successful candidate will provide desk support PMs across fixed income and credit investments. You will be expected to analyse risk and P&L metrics, along with trade bookings, cash/margin optimisation, and general reporting too. Candidates must be able to work with a degree of autonomy, and there will be an expectation to lead on processes in the occasional absence of the head of, and COO.
A credit background would be preferred but not essential; we can also consider strong fixed income candidates. Comp will be above market averages, and for the right candidate, the client will consider a bonus buy-out.
