Lead Systems Engineer -MBSE

• Capture and analyse MBSE and Systems Engineering user needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Define and support MBSE processes, workflows and modelling approaches within the Digital Engineering environment.
• Design and evaluate MBSE toolchain solutions, including Cameo and/or IBM Rhapsody.
• Define integration and traceability between models, requirements and other engineering data.
• Support the definition of the Digital Thread, data and information flows across engineering disciplines.
• Develop and support proofs-of-concept, pilots and demonstrations of MBSE digital capabilities.
• Work with engineering stakeholders to validate solutions and support their adoption.
• Contribute to the definition of standards, guidelines, and governance for MBSE digital solutionsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE or Digital Engineering.
• Experience working with complex engineering programmes
• Strong knowledge of MBSE, Systems Engineering and SysML
• Understanding of requirements, architecture, modelling and traceabilityDesirable Experience
• Experience within Aerospace, Defence, Automotive or other regulated industries.
• INCOSE or equivalent Systems Engineering / MBSE qualification
• Experience with DOORS Next / DOORS Classic and/or PLM
• Knowledge of OSLC, ReqIF and tool integration
