Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer

Join a leading energy operator and play a key role in ensuring the reliability, integrity and performance of critical rotating equipment assets.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer to provide technical leadership across operations, supporting safe, reliable and efficient production through expert management of rotating equipment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for rotating equipment including compressors, pumps, gas turbines, generators and associated systems.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support maintenance strategies, asset integrity programmes and lifecycle management.
• Liaise with OEMs, vendors and offshore teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Review modifications, upgrades and engineering changes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
• Significant experience working with offshore rotating equipment.
• Strong background in maintenance, reliability and asset performance.
• Experience with compressors, turbines, pumps and power generation equipment.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of offshore oil & gas, energy or industrial process environments.
• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status would be advantageous.
