NQ-4 PQE Commercial Lawyer, Leading Global Fintech

An established fintech with strong global presence is looking for a NQ-4 PQE* lawyer to join their legal team. Working autonomously, you will be responsible for a range of legal matters across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Working as part of a small team of lawyers, you will be responsible for the following:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements, vendor contracts, marketing agreements, and terms and conditions.
• Working in multidisciplinary teams across various departments, including product development, partnerships, marketing, and human resources, ensuring that all business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assisting with ad-hoc legal matters as they arise
• Provide assistance with maintaining the legal precedent bank; and assist with providing training to the business on new and ongoing legal and compliance issues

Qualifications:

• You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales or other jurisdictions
• Excellent contract negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, innovative environment. Strong problem solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

*Candidates outside this PQE range with the prerequisite experience would be considered for this role.
