Job Description:
Marie Curie is seeking an interim Head of Edinburgh Hospice Transformation to guide cultural change and workforce transformation across Edinburgh Hospice and associated Lothian services. The role requires on-site presence four days a week and close partnership with the leadership team to deliver a focused action plan with clear milestones.
You will lead a structured review, engage staff, address workforce issues, and provide assurance on progress, with a final handover at the assignment’s end.
