We’re entering a significant period within our permanent recruitment division and are looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Consultant to help build and develop our Finance & Accountancy, Legal or Business Support offering.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to inherit a comfortable desk.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and developing your own specialist market
- Winning new business and creating long-term client partnerships
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from prospect through to placement
- Sourcing, engaging and securing high-calibre talent
- Delivering retained, contingent and exclusive recruitment solutions
- Establishing yourself as a recognised specialist within your sector
- Contributing ideas, market insight and commercial thinking to support the wider growth of the permanent division
- Supporting and influencing others as the team continues to expand
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already be operating in a 360 recruitment environment and have a track record of developing client relationships and generating revenue.
You may be an experienced Senior Consultant looking for more ownership, a Principal Consultant wanting a bigger platform, or simply someone who feels they have more to offer than their current environment allows.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience within Finance & Accountancy, Legal, Business Support or another professional services market
- The confidence to build opportunities from a standing start
- Strong commercial awareness and market credibility
