Head of Training & Growth – Utilities & Infrastructure (Hybrid)

ABS Commercial Solutions is seeking a Head of Training to lead our Training Academy in the utilities, construction and infrastructure sectors. You will blend hands-on delivery with leadership, business development and commercial growth.

Reporting to the COO, you will own the Academy’s performance, develop new courses, grow client relationships and drive revenue while upholding accreditation standards.
