Health & Safety Lead – Manufacturing & Compliance

Omega is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead health, safety and compliance across its Gloucestershire site. The role reports to the Site Director and works with engineering, operations and facilities teams to ensure a safe, compliant workplace and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate and IOSH Managing Safety, with manufacturing or regulated environment experience, strong communication, and IT skills.
