Strategic Bid Lead – Defence & Nuclear Proposals

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Bid Manager for its Defence Nuclear Technology Solutions (DNTS) business in Leatherhead. You will lead complex bids across multidisciplinary teams to win critical programmes while helping shape the future of the business.

The role requires SC clearance considerations and will align with regulated procurement practices. You’ll manage schedules, governance, and submission activities, drive strategies, and coordinate experts to deliver compelling, compliant proposals.
