Global IT Service Manager – Continuous Improvement

Element Six is seeking an IM Service Manager to enhance governance, maturity and effectiveness of IT services across our global estate. You will bridge strategy and execution, embedding processes, standards and governance frameworks to drive consistent delivery.

Working with service providers and stakeholders, you will lead continual service improvement, oversee problem management and root-cause analysis, and ensure transitions are well-controlled with measurable outcomes.
