Cloud Platform Engineer

A leading professional services firm in London is looking for a hands-on Cloud Platform Engineer to support its business-critical applications and infrastructure. You’ll work with the Cloud Manager to keep platforms stable, fix complex issues and support upgrades, with a focus on legal technology: iManage, Aderant and Intapp.

What you’ll do

• Provide 3rd line support for enterprise and legal applications, finding and fixing root causes
• Support upgrades, patching, releases and production deployments
• Troubleshoot SQL Server, integration and performance issues
• Look after Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Entra ID and Azure services
• Work within ITIL incident, problem and change processes
• Automate routine tasks and improve monitoring, using PowerShell and similar tools
• Support security, access controls and documentation

What you’ll need

• Strong hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications and their infrastructure
• Practical experience with iManage, Aderant and/or Intapp
• Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS and certificates
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment
• The ability to work independently and become productive quickly

• iManage Cloud and Security Policy Manager (SPM)
• PowerShell scripting and automation
• SSRS and Power BI
• Other legal tech (BigHand, Litera, InterAction)
