Production ML Engineer – NLP/LLM for AI HR SaaS

Mekion Consulting is seeking a hands-on Machine Learning Engineer to join our ML team and ship real NLP and LLM features into production. This isn’t pure research; you’ll build, test and deploy end-to-end services in a fast-moving HRTech SaaS environment.

You’ll work with Python APIs (FastAPI), embeddings and semantic similarity, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn ideas into usable products.
