Global Corporate Secretary – Governance & Compliance Lead

NBCUniversal is seeking a Corporate Secretary professional to support governance, governance programs and administration for the UK and international entities. You will work across Legal, Tax, Finance and Treasury to ensure accurate corporate records and compliant filings.

You will coordinate board activities, maintain registers, and provide practical governance guidance across NBCUniversal and its affiliates.
