Senior Quantity Surveyor – Lead Housing Budgets & Value

Taylor Wimpey seeks a seasoned Commercial Manager to oversee the full commercial lifecycle of multiple housing projects, from conception through to completion. You will compile and reconcile prime costs, budgets, and cost movements, and lead cost reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include appointing and managing subcontractors, handling payments and variations, and final accounts. Experience with COINS and regulatory compliance is essential.
