Macdonald & Company is seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to oversee and improve a Midlands property portfolio. The role covers project delivery, planned and reactive maintenance, condition surveys and estate improvements across multiple sites.

You’ll spend time on-site and work from home as required, with autonomy and impact on a significant portfolio. Applicants should have Building Surveying experience, a solid understanding of building pathology and construction projects, and ideally MRICS
