Maintenance Team Manager – North East London

L&Q is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager for North East London. The role leads a team delivering reactive maintenance to residents, working across Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Essex and nearby areas, with hybrid working between office and site locations in Stratford.

You will manage Supervisors and frontline staff, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service, financial performance, and achievement of KPIs while maintaining health and safety standards.
