Senior Quantity Surveyor: Lead Cost, Budgets & Disputes

EA First is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the United Kingdom to deliver pre- and post-contract services for a growing construction consultancy. You will lead cost planning, procurement, contract advice, and manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts.

You’ll build strong client relationships, review reports, handle disputes, and support business growth. A degree and experience in a construction consultancy are preferred; RICS membership is advantageous.
