Senior Mental Health ACP – Home Treatment & Crisis Hub

South West London and St George’s Mental Health NHS Trust (SWLStG) is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner for the Merton Home Treatment Team (HTT) in a permanent 0.5 WTE 18.75hrs Band 8a position, based at Wilson Hospital in Mitcham.

You will hold an MSc or PGDip in Advanced Clinical Practice with an independent prescribing qualification and current professional registration, working at an advanced level within urgent and crisis mental health care to support patients at home
