Wilderness Way is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee two Ofsted-registered solo homes. You’ll lead a 2:1 relationship-based care team, supported by an Operational Manager, Assistants, HRBP, and Compliance units to ensure safe, high-quality care.

You will benefit from mentoring, a clear pathway toward Level 5 qualification, and a comprehensive induction. A UK driving licence is required to access all sites.
