Genora Partners is a specialist life sciences search firm based in Crawley, West Sussex, with a co-director on the US West Coast. We work with biotechs, specialist vendors and pharma across the UK, EU and US. We’re growing, and this is a chance to get in early and shape what comes next.

The role

• Win new clients through phone-first, relationship-led BD
• Deliver senior and specialist hires across your specialism
• Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Represent Genora at conferences and client meetings in the UK, EU and US

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years of life sciences recruitment experience
• A proven billing track record, including clients you’ve won yourself
• Confidence on the phone with senior stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of at least one niche across drug development
• The drive to build a market, not just inherit one
