Duties & Responsibilities:
- Host open homes
- Attend valuations and building & pest inspections
- Be given a database to conduct cold and warm prospecting calls
- Buyer call backs
- Liaising with vendors and buyers
Skills and experience required for the role:
- 6-12+ months of experience in a Sales Associate role, also open to entry-level candidates!
- QLD Real Estate Cert of Reg is a MUST
- Avalid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills & ability to deal with high-end clientele
- Excellent attention to detail
- Corporate presentation
