Senior Key Account Manager – Remote Travel Partnerships

Flash Pack is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to manage a portfolio of high-value DMC partners and drive top-tier trip quality worldwide. You’ll coach peers, improve systems, and ensure processes are followed across the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Based in the UK, the role is remote-first with quarterly London team gatherings. You will report to the Head of DMC Account Management and work in a small, focused team of three KAMs.
