Senior Associate Business Analyst – Product Development

Overview

In this Senior Associate role, you help design and deliver new post-trade capabilities within LSEG’s Rates TradeAgent product line. You will translate user needs into requirements, collaborate with tech teams, and support adoption across clients. The position offers visibility and growth as Post Trade services scale in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment. You will shape product direction while ensuring quality and risk awareness in a global market leader.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to invention and expansion of new products and services
• Translate end-user needs into product requirements and solution specs
• Collaborate with technology teams across development, testing, and releases
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries and drive adoption
• Support automated testing and QA throughout development sprints
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and guide future tech direction
• Produce high-quality documentation and support risk and issue management

Key requirements

• 3–5 years in product development, business analysis, post-trade operations, or related financial services roles
• Background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a Scrum/Agile team
• Delivery-focused experience in middle-office, post-trade, investment bank, institutional investor, or clearing organization
• Ability to participate in Agile ceremonies, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and refine backlogs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies
• Quality mindset with hands-on testing experience
• Analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Lucid
• Good communication and collaboration skills
