Responsibilities

• Advising on a broad range of property disputes, including landlord and tenant, rights of light, and covenant breaches
• Supporting and managing litigation in complex contractual and development disputes
• Assisting with telecoms and infrastructure matters, including Electronic Communications Code issues
• Collaborating with senior lawyers and contributing to client strategy and case management
• Taking ownership of work and developing expertise within a supportive team
