Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a major London residential phase, owning delivery from design through to on-site execution. You will work closely with the development and delivery teams to keep the programme, budget and quality standards on track. You’ll coordinate design development, procurement, mobilisation and construction, taking ownership of the project’s end-to-end lifecycle. This is an opportunity to drive a complex, ~700-unit scheme under the guidance of a Project Director and established team. You will shape delivery in a high-profile market and demonstrate strong technical and coordination capability.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a major phase of a ~700-unit residential project from design through to construction
• Coordinate design development, procurement, mobilisation and on-site delivery
• Work with development, technical, commercial and delivery teams to meet programme, budget and quality standards
• Take ownership of milestones and drive decisions across stakeholders
• Report progress to the Project Director and wider scheme team

Key requirements

• Experience as Project Manager on large-scale residential developments
• Strong technical and construction understanding
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
• Ownership mindset with end-to-end delivery capability
