As a claimant-focused Medical Negligence Partner, you will lead complex catastrophic claims (brain and spinal injuries, cardiac, orthopaedic, birth injuries, amputations) within a respected City firm. You’ll work closely with a strong private client team to deliver high-impact litigation outcomes while upholding a collaborative, non-political culture. Responsibilities

• Lead claimant-focused medical negligence claims, including catastrophic injuries
• Develop case strategy and manage high-stakes litigation
• Collaborate with the private client team to deliver integrated client service
• Mentor and guide junior solicitors and associates
• Uphold collaborative, non-political culture and balanced work environment

Key requirements

• 15+ PQE
• ideally an existing partner
• at least 15 years medical/clinical negligence experience in a UK law firm
