As a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant, you will be the technical authority for Oracle Cloud integrations within a leading Managed Services practice. You will guide customers through complex integration challenges, shaping architecture and technical direction. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient ERP, HCM, and SCM Cloud integrations. This role combines hands-on implementation with advisory influence, contributing to service innovation and transformational outcomes. Responsibilities

• Own design, support, and continual improvement of enterprise Oracle integrations
• Design and deliver robust Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions
• Enhance and optimise existing integrations across Oracle and third-party systems
• Support complex integration landscapes spanning SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise
• Improve reliability, performance, resilience, and scalability of integrations
• Lead technical investigations and complex problem resolution
• Act as trusted technical advisor; provide strategic guidance and influence architecture
• Identify automation opportunities and drive service improvement initiatives
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes per ITIL; produce technical documentation
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the Oracle team

Key requirements

• In-depth experience with Oracle integration technologies
• Extensive hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud integrations
• Experience supporting and enhancing business-critical integration services
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in Managed Services, Application Support, or operational support
• Ability to lead technical discussions and convey expert guidance to diverse audiences
• Experience with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud integrations and security considerations
