Overview
As Associate Creative Director at Entain Creative, you shape culturally relevant, channel-agnostic ideas for a broad portfolio of betting and gaming brands. You work closely with Creative Directors to lead senior briefs from concept through execution, turning insights into bold creative work across social, digital, film, experiential, and activations. You guide copy and art direction, lead shoots, and push high creative standards within a collaborative in-house team. This role combines hands-on creation with leadership, presenting ideas to senior stakeholders and mentoring other creatives. Responsibilities
- Lead integrated briefs from strategy to execution across multiple channels
- Develop original ideas rooted in audience and cultural insight
- Provide copy and art direction while safeguarding the central creative idea
- Lead social and digital shoots, directing production teams and talent
- Present and sell creative thinking to senior stakeholders and mentor other creatives
Key requirements
- Senior creative experience as Associate Creative Director, Senior Creative or equivalent
- Strong portfolio with original concept thinking and 360 campaigns
- Excellent copywriting and art direction instincts
- Hands-on production experience with shoots and production teams
- Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms and stakeholder presentation skills
