Sales Director, Payments

Overview

In this role you will drive revenue growth in the UK by selling Fireblocks’ enterprise-grade digital asset infrastructure to crypto-native and financial services accounts. You will meet monthly and quarterly targets, collaborate with Sales Engineers and the GTM team, and build lasting relationships with prospects and customers. You will perform territory, account planning and keep the CRM up to date. Join a fast‑growing leader in blockchain security and help scale digital asset adoption across institutions.

Responsibilities

Key requirements

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales
• Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
• Direct experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
• Track record of over-achievement
• Entrepreneurial, relentless hunting attitude with willingness to prospect
• Experience working in a team-selling environment
