Responsibilities

• Work on a wide range of ECM matters including IPOs, fundraisings, placings, rights issues, and fund launches
• Advise on stock exchange listings and public company governance
• Support cross-functional deal execution and client advisory throughout ECM transactions

Key requirements

• 4-6 PQE
• England & Wales qualified
• ECM experience at a US/MC/SC or Top 20 City law firm
• Experience with IPOs, fundraisings, listings or related ECM matters
