You will work across breach response, ransomware, data breaches, ICO guidance and EU law, and litigation, contributing to high‑quality complex matters. • Handle contentious data protection matters including breach response and cyber incidents
• Contribute to litigation related to data protection and privacy
• Advise on ICO guidance and EU data protection law
• Support response to ransomware attacks and data breaches
• Collaborate with teams across the firm on data protection issues

Key requirements

• 2-4 PQE
• E&W qualified
• 2-4 years’ contentious data protection experience in a dedicated data protection team at a UK law firm
