Solicitor – Real Estate Finance – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

In this role you will support a leading Banking & Finance team in Bristol on sophisticated real estate finance transactions. You will advise lenders and borrowers across investment, development and acquisition finance, handling complex, often cross-border matters. You’ll draft and negotiate facility agreements and security documents while collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate colleagues. The position offers high-quality work, strong client exposure and clear progression within a forward-thinking, collaborative culture. Responsibilities

• Advising lenders and borrowers on investment, development and acquisition finance transactions
• Leading on complex real estate-backed financings and refinancing matters
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation
• Building strong client relationships while working closely with colleagues across Real Estate, Tax, Construction and Corporate teams
• Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

Key requirements

• Strong experience in Real Estate Finance
• Excellent technical and transaction management skills
