Responsibilities

• Big-ticket real estate financing for lenders and borrowers
• Due diligence including title reviews and property reports
• Completion undertakings
• HNWI/UHNW borrower work including lender consents
• Collaboration with insolvency team on disposals

Key requirements

• 3–5 PQE
• E&W qualified
• At least 3 years dedicated real estate finance experience in a Legal 500 London ranked team
• Strong academics
