Implementation & Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end client implementations for a fast-growing fintech AI platform, coordinating onboarding and go-live success. You will bridge Sales, Engineering and client teams, turning contracts into working, automated workflows and reliable deployments. You’ll own delivery outcomes, improve the implementation playbook, and drive early wins for finance teams. This role offers high-impact work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple end-to-end implementations and manage discovery, connectivity, account configuration and go-live readiness
• Maintain project plan, lead weekly client calls and internal delivery stand-ups, manage scope and track revenue milestones
• Own client relationships from contract signature to steady state, train users, produce runbooks and handover packs
• Coordinate internal gaps, feed product/engineering improvements, and contribute to RFPs and due diligence
• Lead AI delivery by mapping client workflows and designing automation to deliver early wins
• Contribute to the delivery playbook and client-facing documentation
• Provide feedback to product and engineering and act as the voice of delivery in cross-functional forums

Key requirements

• c4+ years of implementing or delivering treasury, payments, banking or finance software to corporate clients
• experience with enterprise clients in a TMS or bank context is advantageous
• knowledge of corporate treasury, FX, investments, intercompany and in-house banking
• experience onboarding bank connectivity
• track record of running multiple concurrent projects
• excellent written and spoken communication
• experience liaising with senior-level financial professionals
• ERP integrations and accounting close exposure is beneficial
• interest in AI, AI-assisted or agent-driven workflows is desirable
• hands-on experience with configuration, data mapping and UAT
