Technical Manager (Working at Height Safety)

Overview

As Technical Manager you will be the technical authority shaping standards and delivery in fall protection, façade access, and safe access systems. You’ll influence technical strategy and collaborate with Design, Installation, Compliance and Sales across the UK. Expect to tackle complex safety-critical requirements in a highly regulated market and drive capability development through mentoring and product initiatives. This leadership role offers a meaningful impact on how projects meet safety, compliance and engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical authority within the business
• Develop technical capability through training, mentoring, and product development
• Review designs and specifications to ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation

Key requirements

• Strong technical understanding of legislation and standards relating to work at height, fall protection or façade access
• CAD experience
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake overnight stays
