Overview
In this role you will advise on innovative digital assets and tokenised structures within a global Structured Finance team. You will balance traditional structured finance expertise with cutting-edge crypto and DLT work, supporting cross-border mandates for financial institutions and funds. You help grow a rapidly expanding digital assets practice, collaborating with senior specialists and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities
- Advise on complex transactional matters involving digital assets and tokenised structures
- Support clients on regulatory, legal and structuring issues relating to cryptoassets and emerging technologies
- Draft, review and negotiate structured finance and transaction documentation
- Collaborate with cross-border teams on multi-jurisdictional mandates for financial institutions, funds and corporate clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help expand the digital assets practice
Key requirements
- 1-4 years’ PQE in a leading commercial law firm
- Experience in structured finance, derivatives or financial regulatory work
- Genuine interest in digital assets
- Strong technical and drafting skills
