• Advise lenders and borrowers on banking & finance matters (acquisition finance, corporate lending, leveraged finance)
• Handle complex LMA facility agreements
• Prepare and review loan documentation
• Support cross‑functional deal execution in a London environment

Key requirements

• 1-3 PQE
• England & Wales Qualified
