You help shape deal structures and documentation that underpin acquisition financing, bonds, and intercreditor arrangements. Responsibilities

• Advise on cross‑border leveraged finance transactions including mezzanine and senior debt
• Structure and negotiate acquisition financing for PE and financial sponsors
• Draft and refine bond structures, loan facilities, and high‑yield documents
• Prepare facility and intercreditor agreements
• Draft and perfect security documents for financing transactions

Key requirements

• 3–5 PQE
• E&W qualified
• Leveraged finance experience in US, MC, SC or Top 20 City law firms
• Excellent academics
