Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of mid-market corporate work with a strong technology-sector focus, partnering with a friendly, collaborative firm culture. You will support tech-driven clients on private M&A, reorganisations, JVs, IPOs and fundraisings, shaping transactions in AI, biotech and life sciences.
