Contract Business Solutions Analyst

Overview

In this role you will oversee system administration, configuration, and support for WellView and SiteView, while enabling users and driving governance. You will partner with business users, IT, and vendors to implement solutions and optimize Well Delivery processes, improving application and data performance. The position emphasizes proactive, detail-oriented analysis and strong facilitation to align stakeholders and drive measurable results. You will help shape how data and applications support field operations, data quality, and process efficiency. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that anchors continuous improvement in a critical data and software suite.

Responsibilities

• System administration, configuration, and governance for WellView and SiteView
• Provide technical support and user enablement for key applications
• Collaborate with IT teams and application vendors to implement solutions
• Optimize business processes within Well Delivery and improve data performance
• Lead change management activities, facilitate meetings, and align stakeholders
• Oversee testing activities including QA and UAT, and monitor integrations

Key requirements

• Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical mindset
• Advanced facilitation and change management experience
• Experience in system support, governance, and well data
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with WellView, SiteView, and Peloton Allez
• Ability to manage application deliverables, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
