As a Commercial Property Solicitor in Cardiff, you will handle high-value property transactions and complex landlord-tenant matters within a leading team. You will work closely with partners to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice and manage transactions from intake to completion. The role blends transactional work with business development and client relationship responsibilities in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. This is an opportunity to take early responsibility and build a track record on notable developments and investments.

Responsibilities

• Managing acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters, including telecoms leases
• Supporting portfolio management, investment work, and development projects
• Providing commercial property input on corporate transactions and strategic occupier matters
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
