Enterprise Information Technology Lead

We are hiring Enterprise Infrastructure Strategy Lead / Planning Lead / Head of Strategy – Enterprise Infrastructure Operations

Location :Hybrid 3 days in Sheffield Office

• Senior strategic planning and operating chief of staff lead driving multi-year infrastructure transformation, executive governance, and portfolio execution across hybrid enterprise technology environments.
• Should have strong experience in strategy, technology transformation, COO office/business management, or portfolio execution within large-scale, matrixed enterprise organizations.
• Prior Domain expertise in Financial Services / Banking or highly regulated enterprise environments with stringent risk, compliance, resilience, and security standards.
• Should have Prior experience in Enterprise Infrastructure fundamentals, including Compute, Storage, Hybrid Operating Models, Data Centers, Networking, and Enterprise Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) modernization.
• IT Investment Planning & Budget Management, Spend Transparency, Workforce Planning/Resourcing Trade-offs, and Productivity/Process Simplification across matrixed functional boundaries.
• Cross-boundary Collaboration, Senior Stakeholder Management (GCIO, CTO, COO, Procurement), and Proven Influence without Direct Authority in complex environments.
