Director of People & Culture – Higher Education Leader

ARUL London is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources on an on-campus role at East India Campus in East London. You will lead the people agenda, shape a modern HR strategy, and report to the Company Secretary as a Senior Leadership Team member.

The candidate should be Chartered MCIPD or FCIPD with extensive senior HR leadership in a regulated environment, strong governance, and a track record of staff engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and capability building.
