About the company
This profitable, bootstrapped enterprise research and business intelligence company helps organisations move from questions to decisions faster. It combines qualitative and quantitative research, audience panels and human expertise with artificial intelligence to simplify and accelerate the research workflow.
Its mission is to close the understanding gap between what organisations believe about people and what is actually true. The company is developing an AI-powered research platform that automates key research tasks while supporting complex projects with humans in the loop.
Its culture values autonomy, thoughtful decision-making, close customer engagement and a bias towards shipping, learning and continuous improvement. Its engineering approach is AI-native, collaborative and focused on solving meaningful customer problems rather than simply completing tickets.
