We’re working with the London real estate team of a magic circle firm. They’re ideally looking for a 1-5 PQE level commercial real estate lawyer, and are interested in lawyers with experience of major real estate transactions.
This is very much a big-ticket institutional investment practice, rather than a high-volume traditional property role. The work spans major acquisitions and disposals, corporate/SPV transactions, JVs, development, operational real estate and the property aspects of financing transactions.
The work they do is bespoke, high value and often involving new and growing sectors such as the digital real estate space, providing associates the opportunity to broaden beyond straightforward bricks-and-mortar transactions.
They are also, potentially interested in corporate/PE/funds lawyers who have built meaningful commercial real estate-backed experience and want to specialise in the sector.
