Strategic HRBP for Manufacturing Operations

Danone is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner for our Nutricia manufacturing site in Liverpool. You will partner with Operations to translate priorities into a focused people plan and drive performance through the employee lifecycle.

You will lead the people workstreams for change, coach leaders, manage talent reviews and ensure compliant employee relations. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable and you will be part of a broader HR community within Danone.
