Facilities Manager, Premium Residential (On-Call & Budget)

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of premium residential properties in Greater London. You will lead a team, manage service contracts and safety compliance, and drive continuous service improvements across multiple sites.

In this role you will coordinate with the Community Manager, Estates Management, and external contractors to ensure assets perform to standard, stay within budget, and meet health and safety requirements.
