Bid & Commercial Lead: Own Win from Proposal to Contract

CONDUCTR is seeking a Bid Manager to own the commercial side of bids from tender read through to contract signature. You will run the estimate workbook, coordinate inputs from leads, and ensure pricing aligns with the client form and proposals.

You will shape win themes, plan the bid process to deadlines, manage tender packs, and drive improvements in workflow and tools, including AI-driven automation. Experience in estimating, commercial management or bid management is essential.
