Head of Marketing & Employer Brand — Education

Horizon Care & Education is seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to shape and lead our marketing, brand and communications across multiple sites. You will drive a strategic, insight-led agenda that strengthens our employer brand and supports referrals, occupancy and growth.

You will manage digital, internal/external communications and events while developing the EVP to attract and retain exceptional people; partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable impact.
