Executive Sous Chef: Banquet Kitchen Leader

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Sous Chef for the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in Sous Chef/lead chef positions with experience in high-volume banquet facilities.

You will work with the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, manage staffing, budgeting, and production sheets, and ensure quality, cost controls, and guest satisfaction across events and daily service.
